1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the BBKHUB booking engine (“Website”) or by making any reservations through it, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), as may be updated from time to time. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Website.

2. Purpose of BBKHUB

BBKHUB (“We”, “Us” or “BBKHUB”) provides corporate and leisure clients the ability to search, compare, and book flights, hotels, transportation, sightseeing tours, and other travel-related services (“Travel Services”). BBKHUB acts as an intermediary, transmitting your booking information to the relevant service provider. Your agreement for services is directly with the service provider. BBKHUB confirms bookings by sending you a reservation confirmation via email on behalf of the service provider.

3. Booking Information and Responsibilities

• All rates, availability, and details displayed on BBKHUB are supplied by service providers. While we strive to provide accurate information, BBKHUB cannot guarantee completeness or correctness.
• Users are responsible for providing accurate information, including full names, dates of birth, nationality, address, email, and travel documentation (passport, visa, travel insurance, etc.).
• Prices include applicable taxes and fees unless otherwise specified. Payment is processed in the currency displayed during booking.
• By submitting a booking request, you authorize BBKHUB to process payments and complete reservations on your behalf.

4. Changes and Cancellations

• Travel Service cancellations and modifications are subject to the policies of the service provider. Fees may apply, and some bookings may be non-refundable or non-changeable.
• BBKHUB may cancel any booking if fraudulent activity or irregular account activity is detected.

5. Privacy and Data Handling

• Personal information provided to BBKHUB will be used to process bookings and may be shared with the relevant service providers.
• Data is protected with reasonable security measures. Credit card details are used solely for payment processing and are not stored by BBKHUB.
• We may disclose personal information when required by law or with competent authorities.

6. Third-Party Links

• BBKHUB may provide links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or services provided on those sites, and access is at your own risk.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use BBKHUB for fraudulent, commercial, or competitive purposes.
• Copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from BBKHUB content without permission.
• Incorporate any portion of BBKHUB into other platforms without prior written authorization.

8. Security

• Users must maintain the confidentiality of any login credentials provided and ensure devices used to access BBKHUB are secure.
• It is the user’s responsibility to update passwords and protect personal account access.

9. Intellectual Property

• All content, software, and materials on BBKHUB are owned by BBKHUB or its suppliers. Unauthorized use of content may constitute infringement.

10. Disclaimer and Liability

• BBKHUB and its content are provided “as is” without warranties, express or implied.
• BBKHUB is not responsible for errors, interruptions, inaccurate information, or service delivery issues caused by third-party providers.
• Our total liability is limited to the total value of your reservation or USD 350, whichever is less. BBKHUB is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

11. Amendments and Termination

• BBKHUB reserves the right to modify these Terms or restrict access to the Website at any time without notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
• BBKHUB may terminate or suspend access to the Website at its sole discretion.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Central Court of Amman.
• These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
